Q: What is GPS?

A: The Global Positioning System (GPS) are satellites that orbit around the earth that send signals to the earth's surface enabling a GPS receiver to  determine a vehicle's position. It's like a mirror in space that reflects data back to the earth's surface.

Q: What is your product warranty?

A: All purchases are warranted up to 1 full year after the date of sale. We will gladly exchange any non-functional or non-working item for the same item purchased.

Q: Who's name will appear on my credit card statement?

A: The name on your credit card statement will show OSC INC.

Q: What methods of payment are accepted?

A: We accept major credit cards, company checks, cashiers' checks and bank wire transfers.

Q: Can your tracking system tell me where employees are?

A: Yes. These systems utilize GPS satellite technology to closely track vehicle movements, vehicle location, time spent at each site and the speeds
traveled.

Q: Does your GPS vehicle tracking system require any input from employees?

A: No. Employee input is not required with our products. In fact, some owners install our products secretly.

Q: How can I tell what route has been taken by my driver?

A: Simple reports can be generated to print out a driver's activities.

Q: How do your cellular based real-time GPS tracking products compare to other non-cellular real-time products?

A: The non-cellular / internet monitoring solutions typically charge a monthly service fee and most charge a per-track fee. That means, you get billed every time you check on a vehicle. The only expense to our cellular based GPS products is the actual air time while monitoring the vehicle. If your company already has cellular service, just add some new numbers to the existing account.

Q: Can we monitor company vehicles from multiple locations with your real-time products?

A: Yes. All that is required is installing the tracking software on the desired  base computers.

Q: Can vehicle tracking help prevent employees from using company
vehicles for personal business?

A: Yes, the system will tell you the address, location and length of time
for each stop made, so you can document any unauthorized use of your
vehicles, twenty-four hours day seven days a week.

Q: How exactly can your system save our company money?

A: For starters, we can save your company money by increased productivity, loss prevention, supervising field personel, reduction in time sheet fraud, and let you know exactly where employess have been. 

Q: Are there any monthly fees?

A: There are no monthly fees because receiving GPS signals are free. Cellular GPS products may require basic cellular access.

Q: Is it easy to install?

A: Install some batteries and place the unit into a desired location. That's it.
